The Masterplan of this resort was designed by the US urban planners Charles Franzman and Robert A. M. Stern, and multiple architects, such as Aldo Dias, Diogo Lima Mayer, Eduardo Capinha Lopes, Frederico Valsassina, Luís Costa, Luís Patrício Gonçalves, José Guedes Cruz, José Teixeira Gomes, Pedro dos Santos, Pedro Silva Lopes, and Thiago Bradell, among others.

This resort is shaped as an amphitheatre, with the golf course in the centre,
apartments on top, and single-family houses below.
