“We are twin sisters, and we live here in Belas Clube de Campo since we were born (we are 13).
Once, during summer holidays, our parents enrolled us in Belas Summer Camp so that we could do activities and play during a part of our holidays. At first (we were younger, about 8 or 9) we were scared because we didn’t know anyone there, but we went anyway, and we loved it so much that next year we enrolled for two weeks instead of one and we loved it! Whenever school time is ending, we look forward to going to SummerCamp.
We do a lot of activities, make new friends, and love the camping routine (sleeping in and disco). |

This programme allows adults that have never played golf to gain the basic knowledge they need to play in a golf course in just 12 weeks. The programme is divided into three progressive levels:

| |
| The programme is structured according to each student’s age and experience, where priorities are the love of golf and individual growth. In the end, students perform a test to go up a level. This test involves physical and motor abilities, knowledge of golf rules and etiquette, results on the course, short game assessment, among others. |

Renowned specialists debated the latest news and opportunities concerning international investment, exchange rate diversification, interest rates, Golden Visa, investment processes, among others. The event was presented by Ricardo Reis, economist and real estate investment consultant and featured Marson Cunha, Director of Institutional Sales of Midtown Capital Partners; Oswaldo Araujo, Real Estate Director of Heading Portugal; and Bruno Martins, Sales Manager of Belas Clube de Campo. |

| The importance of silence for well-being |

| Keeping and fostering silence in Belas Clube de Campo is part of Planbelas’ strategy. To this end, multiple measures are being implemented that aim to promote an active management of silence, namely: garbage collection by Planbelas during a specific time of day, construction works can only be executed during a defined schedule – Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the machinery for the maintenance of gardens and green areas is being replaced with electrical, more sustainable and more silent machinery, with the community also being encouraged to use this type of equipment. |
