Belas Clube de Campo launches 50 new apartments and 15 townhouses

Following the successful launch and commercialization of the first Lisbon Green Valley units, the André Jordan Group is now placing on the market 50 new apartments and a set of 15 townhouses, comprising a 25-million-euro investment.
Designed by the architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, the buildings stand out for their modern and sophisticated architecture, fully integrated with the surrounding nature, and incorporating the latest sustainable innovations in terms of construction materials and technology.

Distributed over three buildings with four floors, the 50 apartments are of one, two and 3 bedrooms, with a floor area varying between 89 m2 and 169 m2, wide balconies, and are available as of 420 thousand euros. The ground-floor apartments, designated by “garden”, further include a garden and private pool, with areas between 40 m2 and 120 m2.

As for the townhouses, their total area is 265 m2 and type 4 bedrooms, with the garden area varying between 56 m2 and 753 m2. The larger plots are equipped with a private pool.

Acknowledged and widely awarded by its environmental intervention, the Belas Cube de Campo continues to move forward, introducing to the market innovative solutions at the forefront of good environmental practices, certified by the LiderA system with an A+ result.

The new buildings include the implementation of several measures in order to improve energy performance and efficiency: the buildings have received an energy certificate at the level of the A+/ NZEB. Highlighting the construction quality, the use of innovative and sustainable resources, the placement of bidirectional state-of-the-art thermal solar panels for a better and more efficient solar capture, the placement of battery’s for energy accumulation – for self-consumption in the townhouses – the underfloor heating, the placement of heat exchanger devices, and a home automation system that allows to control lightning, blinds and video intercom via smartphone.

The news buildings are already certified by ADENE (the Portuguese Energy Agency) and AQUA+, the new water performance index, through the incorporation of specific measures aimed at improving water efficiency management, such as the installation of equipment with flow reducers, energy-efficient certified mixer taps, kitchen taps with filtered water by BRITA, double flush toilets with a double inlet for potable water and recycled non-potable water, efficient irrigation systems in outdoor spaces and landscaping adapted to the local climate, 5000 litre tank for irrigation fed by rainwater and pre-installation for domestic WWTP that allows the use of sullage in flushing cisterns.

The works, led by the Casais construction company, are under way, and the delivery of the first units is estimated for June of 2021. The new projects are part of the Lisbon Green Valley’s development plan, which predicts, in a first phase, the construction of 366 units, between townhouses, apartments and construction plots for single-family residences.
